| Jake is a gentle boy with soulful eyes who is looking for a new best buddy. Even at 5 years old, he lacks a little confidence in new situations. He needs an new family who will help him build his confidence by treating his shyness in a matter of fact way. He needs not to be coddled, but shown that the world is not that scary and he can handle it just fine. He could live with another dog, or alone. He would love a place where he could work stock, but it's not mandatory either. He is sensitive and responsive and easily corrected and wants to play by the house rules. He will bond easily to his new family and will try to be the best dog he can be. |

| How the AZBCR Found Me |
| Jake was turned in to our rescue by his owner who got him from a breeder when he was just a pup. He has fallen on hard times and is leaving his foreclosed property. He could not keep Jake with him. |
