| About Me |
| Eight puppies from two different litters have come to us from a Humane Society in northeast Arizona. They will not be available to be looked at for potential adoption until November 12th, when they will be making their "debut" at our rescue's booth at Cynosports in Scottsdale (at Westworld). This is a huge dogsports related event and draws large crowds every year. It is an international agility competition and also includes other dogsports and activities such as flyball, splashdogs, herding demonstrations, disc dog and lots of vendors with dog-related goods. If you love dogs, it's a great place to spend some recreational time. It runs November 12 - 15th and more information can be found at www.USDAA.org.
The puppies have the markings and coats of border collies, we believe they are very likely mixes. Maybe of other herding breeds (like Australian Shepherd, which actually is a very nice mix), and maybe not. A couple have a few other physical traits (curlier coats, etc.) Point is, they are adorable puppies with nice personalities and they are too young for us to really know what breed they will fully resemble when they are grown. If you are interested in meeting and potentially adopting any puppy from this litter we suggest you apply to adopt now and attend the Cynosports games to meet the litter. |
