| About Me |
| ADOPTION PENDING!! PJ (Peggy Jeanne) is one of seven puppies that were surrendered by a family living on a dairy farm in the west valley. They own both the parents, mom was a border collie/cattledog mix and dad is a registered smooth coated black and white border collie. The puppies will be smooth (short) coated dogs. Puppies seem very well-socialized and healthy. They will all be neutered or spayed before adoptions will be finalized. PJ is black and white, with a mostly white body with lots of speckling and typical border collie coloring on her head.
From her foster mom: She is a good girl. She has never had a potty accident in the house. She goes right to the door and sits and whines to go out, if I don't go over right away she will paw at the door. I'm going to hang some bells up and she if she'll use them. She still fights being calm in the crate if people and the dogs are in the room. She sleeps in a small crate by my side of the bed and doesn't make a peep. She sleeps all nite. I have her sitting and waiting at an open door and she goes only goes out with a release command. I took her to a party and she met lots of people and kids, she was very good with everyone. She is more sensitive to noises than some dogs. I'm sure she will work through everything just fine she just needs lots of exposure.
