| ADOPTION PENDING!! Sierra is 6 years old, housetrained and loves the pool/toys. She and her buddy, Max, the golden retriever were turned in to the AZ Humane Society when their human family experienced divorce. AZ Golden Rescue took Max in and we learned that Sierra was very depressed without her friend. We're working with the rescuers of Max, they are fostered in the same home. It would be nice if they could find a new home together, but not imperative.
Sierra is a little wary at first, but then warms up. We thought maybe she was terribly bonded to Max, but that really is not the case. They played together and independently. Her profile shows she is good with kids, even young ones. She appears to be very comfortable in the house, too. A real nice dog, past the puppy stage, but still very playful, and she loves to fetch and swim.
