Rescues will be allowed to have some type of fund-raiser as long is does not conflict with the events established by AZBCR. Type of fundraiser you are planning:

There is no fee for Non-Profit rescue groups, vendors have a $30.00 space fee
Please bring your own canopy – none over 200 square feet
Please bring weights for canopies. Staking is not allowed in park.
Please do not sell food items in your booth unless approved prior to show date with verification of a food license from the Coconino Co. Department of Health Services.
No smoking on the premises, no alcohol, and no burning candles or open flames.
We will not provide electricity, tables, table covers, change, lighting, or transportation of set up equipment. Note - you will have to walk in equipment approximately 350 feet.

Set–up date and time: Saturday, July 12 7:30am – 8:30am

Show hours: Saturday, July 12 9:00am – 3:00pm

Tear-down: Saturday, July 12 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Please check in before unloading. All rescues /vendors will have designated locations. No one may tear down prior to 3pm. ( We will understand a quick retreat due to a major monsoon downpour )
